These General Terms of Sale (“GTS”) apply to all purchases made on fanciclub.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

These GTS govern the sale of products by Fancì Club to consumers and customers placing orders through our online store.

2. Product Information

Product descriptions, sizes, materials, and care instructions are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to review product details before ordering. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing an order — Select your items, size, and colour, then proceed to checkout. Review your order summary carefully before payment.

3.2 Order acceptance — Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.3 Order modifications — Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact customer service immediately if you need assistance.

4. Prices

All prices are as displayed at checkout. Currency conversion, promotional discounts, and applicable fees are calculated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Delivery

6.2 Delivery times — Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier issues.

6.3 Customs & duties — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6.4 Failed delivery — If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, we may refund the order minus shipping costs, or offer reshipment at your expense.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Return eligibility depends on product type and condition. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Made-to-order, customised, or marked final-sale items are generally not returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact customer service within the period stated in our return policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on our Website are subject to separate terms displayed at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
