Under what circumstance am I allowed to exchanges/refunds?

Only manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered items purchased on fanciclub.com are eligible for return. Clothing lines are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless they are manufactured flaws, wrongly delivered, or made-to-measure. Unfit items are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless consulted with us before the purchase. Jewellery is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Accessories (bags, shoes, choker, gloves) are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they are manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered. Under what circumstance am I allowed to exchanges/refunds?

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after your purchase. We will automatically reject any request that does not meet this deadline.

Can I return/exchange if my order is unfit?

We DO NOT accept refund/return requests for unfit items. Please check the size guide carefully as well as consult with our customer service team before purchasing. Customers may also prevent this by consulting with our customer support team via customerservice@fanciclub.com to avoid any confusion/misunderstanding.

For order shipping to Brazil

All orders shipped to Brazil must provide a CNPJ/CPF number to proceed. This is mandatory as required by the Brazilian customs border. Please ensure you include this information in the special note during check-out to avoid any time-consuming incident.

Where do I add instructions for delivery?

If you have any delivery instructions such as door code or where to place the order, please kindly contact the courier directly to give the instructions. Please do not give us this information since we will not be able to include this information in your order during the shipping process.  

Why I haven’t received my order?

All orders will incorrect/missing delivery addresses, emails, and contact numbers will experience a slight delay in delivery. Inputting an incorrect email will also result in failing to receive our confirmation and notification email. Please ensure you input everything correctly to allow for the smoothest shipping process. Fancì Club offers worldwide shipping with tracking numbers and 2 rates of shipping cost:  Standard service 35$: 7-14 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)* Express service 70$: 5-7 Business days (excluding up to 7  business days of in-house  preparation)* Free standard shipping for orders valued over $500.
